Calif. doctor has plan for Dillon, Montana: Wants to attract tourists, but keep its character

Call him a doctor, a man of vision, a savvy businessman, but one thing for certain is Dr. John Micha has a plan.
And that plan includes developing Dillon into a tourist destination.
Micha heads two groups that have recently purchased or agreed to purchase four buildings in downtown Dillon. Those groups, the Old Town Improvement Group and the Beaverhead Improvement Group, are using the employee pension plan of Gynecologic Oncology Associates of Newport Beach, Calif., to buy the property.
