Wyoming company plans business park at former Texaco Refinery site

For a better part of the 20th century, the Texaco Refinery stood as an industrial pillar along Yellowstone Highway just east of the town of Evansville.
Last week, more than three decades after the plant produced its last barrel of fuel, about a third of 458 acres owned by Chevron there was sold for redevelopment to a local company looking to bring business back to the once-fruitful stretch of road.
