University of Wyoming seeks more public input in presidential search
August 21, 2015 /
The committee to select the next president of the University of Wyoming is considering holding public meetings in communities around the state.
The effort to find a replacement for Dick McGinity, who will resign at the end of the coming school year, officially launched earlier this week during a meeting with members of a presidential search committee and members of a search firm.
In the closed-door meeting, committee members decided to gather additional public comments before identifying a group of 10 to 15 semifinalists sometime this fall.
