The Missoula Area Economic Development Corp. names Beaton new interim executive director

The Missoula Area Economic Development Corp. http://www.maedc.org/ has named longtime Montana banker Jim Beaton as its interim executive director.

Current president Dick King’s final day with MAEDC was Thursday. King said he has accepted a job in the private sector with an "international company with a Montana presence." He declined to give the company’s name, but said it was a public company.
