The Centers for Disease Control buys rights to Darby, Montana teenagers’ anti-smoking announcements. Media Arts in the Public Schools

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have acquired the national broadcast rights to two public service announcements created by Darby film students.

Nineteen-year-old Luke McLean, 16-year-old Dallas Hartness and 13-year-old Max Campbell produced the television and radio announcements while taking part in the Media Arts in the Public Schools http://www.mediarts.org program, which teaches filmmaking to students.
