Taking a deeper look at Montana’s workforce programs – State Workforce Innovation Board (SWIB) Seats available on the Board

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

The state of Montana has a healthy unemployment rate of 3.8 percent and there are jobs available for those who are seeking to increase their wages.
