Stevensville’s largest employer Selway Corporation lays of majority of workforce

The employees of Selway Corporation http://selwaycorp.com/ , one of the largest employers in Stevensville, are experiencing reduced hours and lay-offs.

According to Operations manager, Randy Osgood, nearly 85 percent of the 120 person workforce is feeling the effects.

Osgood attributes a loss of projects to the work reduction, saying that Selway is "built off of supporting the natural resource market." A market, he says isn’t generating as much business as previous years.
