State Health Exchanges Eye Analytics to Boost Sales

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

With many state health exchanges still battling technology and usability issues, administrators are turning to analytics software to track user progress across sites and identify possible bottlenecks. Some technology firms, meanwhile, are lining up to pitch more sophisticated analytical tools in anticipation of the day when such exchanges are able to collect a larger trove of data from customer transactions.
