‘Retired’ workers are great resource. Finding and Retaining Talent will Become More Challenging

Hey, anyone remember how to fix this thing? What did we do the last time we had this crisis? Who’s our contact at that customer?

Hello, anyone? Oh yeah — the people who knew all that stuff are retired now.

In coming years, more companies are going to discover that those who could answer such questions are now in Sequim or Scottsdale or an RV on the road or wherever their longtime employees are spending their retirement.
