Regents offering Montana State University President Cruzado a second $500,000 incentive to stay
November 14, 2015 /
Montana State University President Waded Cruzado has shown "tremendous leadership," says her boss, who is asking the Board of Regents to offer her a second deferred compensation plan worth $500,000 if she will stay another five years.
Commissioner of Higher Education Clay Christian said in a written statement that because of Cruzado’s accomplishments, he approached her to ask what the Montana University System could do to encourage her to stay.
"Community support and the abundance of Montanans who tell us to make sure we keep President Cruzado here is amazing," Christian said.
