President Engstrom believes the University of Montana will be stronger once it irons out budget cuts

University of Montana President Royce Engstrom says the process of trying to trim up to $12 million from the 2017 budget is a painful one.
But he remains convinced the university will be stronger in the long run once it adjusts operations to match current revenue. That revenue has dropped as enrollment has decreased by as many as 2,000 students in recent years.
