Physician recruitment in Montana reaches critical condition

Dr. Anna Earl grew up in Fort Benton and knew at some point after medical school she wanted to come back to northcentral Montana.

That goal was fresh in her mind when she passed up the specialized training that most medical students go into and stuck with what’s critically needed in Montana’s small towns — general practice physicians.
