North Dakota campuses looking to other states for students

Powell, Wyo., resident Celedina Bridges wanted to finish her teaching degree, but couldn’t find a program she could complete without commuting or uprooting her family.

So she looked to North Dakota.

The 39-year-old mother of four is enrolled in a new elementary education program that’s a partnership between Valley City State University and a community college in Wyoming.
