Montana Tech gets hefty gift to create The REC Silicon Engineering Scholarship

Montana Tech http://www.mtech.edu/ is getting a $50,000 gift from a company that produces silicon materials to be used in the solar energy industry.

The endowment will be used to create the REC Silicon http://www.recgroup.com/ Engineering Scholarship and supports Montana Tech’s comprehensive campaign, Strengthening Foudations…Ensuring the Future, a seven-year campaign to raise funds for students, programs, faculty and capital projects at the school.
