Montana grad heading up Hollywood film project – Needs your support on Kickstarter
April 24, 2013 /
Kyler Ernst, who graduated from Capital High in 2006, may be just weeks away from directing his Hollywood debut, a short film he wrote called "Olives."
But there’s a catch. He’s only raised $5,500 of the $9,000 it will take to make the film, and he’s scheduled to start production May 17.

In a phone interview Tuesday from Hollywood, Ernst described the film as a surreal, tragicomic story about a couple thrown into relationship crisis just minutes before friends arrive for a party.
