Montana companies recognized for business excellence at Prospera Business Network event.

Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

A plan to create a digital database of medical records throughout the community and a local company that manufactures environmentally friendly pet products are two recipients of this year’s awards recognizing local business excellence.

The Prospera Business Network http://www.bozeman.org/ , a nonprofit economic development organization serving Gallatin and Park counties, announced the winners of the 2007 Business Excellence Awards during a ceremony Thursday at the GranTree Inn.
