Strategic direction, operations, and sales for insurance, travel and branch offices

Establishes annual branch revenue and sales goals for all distribution sources and all branch locations

Branch policy and procedures for sales and operations.

Agency budget.

Develops short and long range plans to assist the club in attaining its sales, growth and revenue goals.
