Missoula teacher, Daniel Lande trades in computer career to help kids at Sentinel High

After getting his MBA, Lande helped start the company Orbital Shift in Missoula — which creates employee scheduling software for businesses. But after four years as the Vice President of Technology, he sold off his shares and got his teaching credential.

"I’m sure I could get on an industry again in Seattle — or here, or anywhere. It’s just…I don’t get the same reward out of it as I do from teaching," explained Lande.
