Low cost carriers drop average flight cost during one of the busiest times of the Bozeman airport’s year

The cost of airfare out of the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is higher than some people might like, but low cost carriers are making a dent in the average cost of flights.

People flying to vacation destinations — like spring breakers looking to flee cold weather this week — are most likely to see the impact that Allegiant Air and Frontier Airlines have on ticket prices, said Brian Sprenger, airport director.
