Insurance company considering 100-worker call center in Great Falls

The insurance company seeking state approval to create an alliance with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana is considering opening a 100-employee customer service center in Great Falls.

Plans are preliminary, but HSCS is looking at sites, Frank Cote, chief sales officer for BCBS of Montana, told attendees at the Great Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Business 4 Breakfast event this morning.
