Inside Entrepreneurship: Time and guidance just as valuable as money

Just about every winning entrepreneur I know can trace his or her success to a handful of individuals who stepped in during the riskiest startup days to provide capital, contacts, inspiration and guidance.
What’s interesting to me is years later these same entrepreneurs don’t talk so much about the money. Sure they needed it and valued it.
But the more memorable contribution to early-stage entrepreneurs was the supportive relationships established with a few treasured mentors.
