Inside Entrepreneurship: Going out on your own doesn’t have to mean going it alone

Q: I have been attending workshops on entrepreneurship and reading books and articles like yours. One expert said it was important for entrepreneurs to be coachable. Doesn’t this really mean others will just tell you how to run your business? Because I’m very focused and have a strong resume, I don’t think I need all this team decision making. I’m starting my business to be the boss.
