Launching a business with a partner can be a lot like getting married, for better or worse.
Joint ventures – whether they’re in business or romance – typically require each member to take on different responsibilities and trust the other to do his or her share of the work to achieve common goals. And business partners, just like married couples, might occasionally argue or need to reconcile creative or philosophical differences.
