How HR can hire and develop people with autism

HR can help place and support employees with autism by designing an unconventional interview process and showing supervisors how to accommodate them, writes Susanne Bruyere, director of the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability at Cornell University.
"Communication about the Autism at Work program and its role as a part of the strategic business imperative should be evident in both external and internal company messaging," she writes.
