Google to sell wireless service

Google plans to sell wireless service to consumers after striking deals with Sprint and T-Mobile, according to published reports.

The technology giant is looking to push the wireless industry to cut prices and increase data speeds to make sure its services such as Gmail and YouTube can be easily accessed.

Google has done this before. For example, it offers Google Fiber broadband Internet service in some U.S. cities.
