Clocking In with Adam Sklar, owner of Sklar Bikes in Bozeman, Montana

In a shop no bigger than a small garage nestled in Bozeman’s northeast neighborhood, 24-year-old Adam Sklar is building some of the best bicycles in North America.

Sklar, a soft-spoken Boulder, Colorado, native, is the founder, owner and sole worker at Sklar Bikes, a custom bicycle manufacturing operation that, in its third year, has garnered a national award and stirred the interest of enthusiasts from California to London.
