Fairview applies for Main Street program
By Bill Vander Weele
Sidney Herald
Fairview is one of 13 communities in the state that has applied to be one of two pilot communities in the Montana Department of Commerce’s Main Street program.
Ray Trumpower, chairman of the Fairview Chamber of Commerce, says the program assists communities with revitalizing strategies.
“It’s a very flexible program. You don’t have to do it this way or that way,” Trumpower said. “They do say which way works and what you probably should do.”
