Casper, Wyoming economic development group proposes speculative building

The Casper Area Economic Development Alliance plans to request funds from the Wyoming Business Council to construct a 30,000-square-foot shell of a building in Natrona County.

The speculative building — to be built with the help of a grant from the Business Ready Grant and Loan Program — would be available for lease to an incoming company that would not otherwise have chosen Casper for business.
