Like many of us who will be giving thanks this month, the folks at the Butte Local Development Corporation are thanking some movers and shakers in the Mining City business community.

The organization held its annual Butte Elevated Awards ceremony Thursday night at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, during which individuals and businesses were honored for their contributions.

Ray Rodgers, the organization’s president, handed out the awards, and he opened the ceremony by thanking sponsors and acknowledging BLDC members.
