Business, industry must get more involved in tech ed

To better prepare students for college and the workforce, business and industry must get more involved in high school and postsecondary education and training, from helping to develop curriculum to providing mentors and student internships, according to a panel of education and corporate officials at a House Education and the Workforce Committee hearing on Tuesday.
