The county’s Superfund coordinator Carl Nyman announced the dollar amount Thursday to local media and the information will soon be posted on the county’s website. Nyman revealed the news that the agreement has been tentatively reached with ARCO, the responsible party for around 100 years of copper-smelting waste, in July.
