New Great Falls call center ready for July opening

he new FCR call center is gearing up for a summer start-up in its renovated downtown location.

The Oregon-based company is still seeking a site director from Great Falls and other supervisors and managers. It expects to have its first training class for its initial 10 to 20 customer service positions in June and to start operations in early July, President Katheryn Carnahan told the Tribune in a telephone interview.
