The Oregon-based company is still seeking a site director from Great Falls and other supervisors and managers. It expects to have its first training class for its initial 10 to 20 customer service positions in June and to start operations in early July, President Katheryn Carnahan told the Tribune in a telephone interview.
"Depending on how many clients we add this year, we're looking at gradually building up to anywhere from 50 and 150 new positions in Great Falls by year end," she said. "We'll continue to add new clients to the Great Falls site until we reach 325 people."
