Bozeman man’s refugee message goes nationwide. Mortenson’s call for Pakistani aid makes magazine, TV. 55 schools established in Pakistan and Afghanistan through the nonprofit Central Asia Institute

The failure to adequately finance relief efforts after last fall’s earthquake in Pakistan is creating an "incubator for terrorism" in some refugee camps, says the founder and director of the Bozeman-based Central Asia Institute http://www.ikat.org/ .

Greg Mortenson, who has established 55 schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan through the nonprofit Central Asia Institute, will be featured Sunday in a Parade magazine story linking earthquake-relief efforts in Pakistan to fighting the war on terrorism.
