Over three days last week, Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover's administration laudably sought to begin crafting a more effective strategy for the city and the rest of northwest Louisiana. Glover assembled four economic development specialists — three who once worked here but have moved on to other regions — to meet with waves of local stakeholders about our challenges.
