Tom Luna, state superintendent of public instruction, announced the new program on Monday through Apangea Learning Inc. http://www.apangealearning.com/ , a Pittsburgh-based company founded in April, 2002. Services from Apangea Learning Inc. will be used by students in fifth through eighth grade who are struggling with math.
