Master's degree in accounting, financial management, business administration, public administration or related field desired. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred. Requires five years of progressively responsible experience at a management level in governmental accounting, finance and payroll administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
