The poster represents the innovation and entrepreneurial environment in the Treasure Valley. Companies participated by filling out a survey regarding their start-up and operating environments. Larger companies, like Micron and HP, have groups of start-ups floating around them (satellites or spin-offs). My company, Valitics, is a little dot on the poster orbiting around Boise State University's big dot.
