Rocky Mountain Rider - a galloping success in Hamilton, Montana

“If you want to live in Montana and don’t have an inheritance to rely on, sometimes you have to be creative,” said business owner Natalie Riehl, editor and publisher of Rocky Mountain Rider Magazine http://www.rockymountainrider.com/ , a niche market monthly publication for horse lovers.

Produced in an upstairs office on the north end of First Street in Hamilton, the Rocky Mountain Rider staff is celebrating 15 years of hard-earned success making its magazine available at no cost at various businesses throughout the Bitterroot and neighboring states.

Riehl started the venture out of her home “with no investors, no capital, or stockholders. I developed this myself from scratch, but I stuck with it.”
