Pay attention to details and keep the right employees, a national business consultant told about 440 people at a luncheon Tuesday honoring Idaho's biggest privately held companies.
"Don't tell me how big you are, or how long you've been doing this, tell me what you're going to do tomorrow," consultant Robert Stevenson said in a speech laced with tips, anecdotes and humor about how to best the competition: "How the Best Get Better."
