Ninety of Korea's top government and business leaders will arrive in Boise next week for a Korea-U.S. economic conference. Gov. Butch Otter will host a dinner for the delegates Monday night at his Star ranch with Gen. Colin Powell, President Bush's former secretary of state.

The goal is to further business opportunities between Korea and the six Western states of Idaho, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington. The states are members of the Korea-U.S. Economic Council, a private, nonprofit economic development organization.
