This latest publication is part of our non-partisan initiative to spark public debate about the role of government in addressing the needs of children. Other major elements in the initiative include waging public education campaigns in the key early primary and caucus states of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina, plus hosting presidential candidate forums devoted to discussion of children s issues.
