Bozeman tweaks affordable housing rules to pique developers’ interest

In an effort to get more people on board with Bozeman’s affordable housing ordinance, the city tweaked the rules by which they ask developers to operate.
In 2017, Bozeman’s plea for people to build housing below market rates turned into a mandate after officials said too few developers followed through on the request.
