Expansion of Lockwood economic development district is one step closer to final

Lockwood might be getting a little more industrial.
Yellowstone County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the first reading of an ordinance that would expand the targeted economic development district in Lockwood that sits just north of the I-90/I-94 interchange.
Commissioners will vote on a second reading of the ordinance on Nov. 13. Should they approve the second reading, the expansion would then take place.
