Bozeman entrepreneur Chris Hedrick helps launch NextStep Interactive app to train workers displaced by technology

Robots are taking over workers’ jobs, there’s no doubt about it.

McKinsey and Co., a research firm, found that 45 percent of current jobs could be replaced by artificial intelligence, and researchers expect that number to keep climbing, displacing millions of workers.

To solve this problem, a local entrepreneur has launched NextStep Interactive http://nextstep.careers/ , a company that will use a mobile phone app to help train workers displaced by artificial intelligence and automation for careers in the growing health care industry.
