MSU alumni entrepreneurs’ startup shares $50,000 prize in Early Stage Montana competition for new ventures

A startup company co-founded by a pair of Montana State University alumni entrepreneurs recently shared a $50,000 prize at the inaugural Early Stage Montana showcase.

Sellout https://selloutapp.com/ – a next-generation ticketing platform company based in Bozeman – and Superior Traffic Services https://superiortrafficservices.com/ – an intelligent portable traffic signal company from Missoula – shared top honors at the event, which was held Sept. 22 at MSU’s Museum of the Rockies. The competition featured seven companies from Billings, Bozeman, Missoula and Whitefish that qualified after competing in regional events last spring. An audience of more than 200 entrepreneurs, investors, public sector representatives, university system administrators and members of the general public turned out to watch the companies present and hear panel discussions on accelerating Montana’s businesses growth commercializing innovative technologies.
