Portlock Software Spins Off Portlock Productions

Portlock Software, http://www.portlock.com a leading storage management software provider, today announced the opening of Portlock Productions, at 20 North Wyoming, in the historic Finlen Hotel. This facility will perform software duplication, printing, and customer fulfillment.

Portlock Productions will employ a staff of ten, with two positions already filled, increasing as operations expand. Weekly shipments will be in the thousands within a few months.

This Portlock division will be responsible for customer fulfillment, which includes production and shipment of software, manuals, and training materials.

"The impact upon Butte will be substantial considering the volume of shipments that we will me making. This will create new technology jobs, increased transportation and additional revenue for the city", said Gerald T. Hanley, Production Manager. “Every job in Butte is important these days, especially in the technology sector, which is a target for long term growth in our community.”
