Utilities, Automakers and Environmental Groups Unite Around Slashing Energy Use

A diverse group of transportation companies and public stakeholders on Wednesday unveiled a new initiative, the 50×50 Commission, alongside a set of policy and regulatory recommendations to reduce energy used in transportation 50 percent by 2050.
