Wlady and Shannon Growchowski of La Chatelaine Chocolat Company https://www.chatelainechocolate.com/ share a life-long passion for chocolates. Together the couple opened a shop in downtown Bozeman, handcrafting artisan chocolates inspired by Montana’s wilderness.

Our new episode of Under the Big Sky featuring La Chatelaine Chocolat Co., R.L. Winston Rod company and Enell sports bras premieres Saturday, September 22, at 6:00 and 10:35 PM followed by encore airings on Sunday, September 23, at 4:30 and 10:35 PM on all MTN stations.

In this Under the Big Sky bonus video we learn Wlady and Shannon’s backstory, how they came to meet and how their past influenced their decision to open a chocolate shop in the Rocky Mountain West.
