Early Stage Montana Showcase to feature emerging MT Tech Companies plus 15 leading VCs, Accelerators, and tech ecosystem speakers from MT, CO, WA, UT, AZ, and more on Sept. 22 in Bozeman.

Early Stage MT, a non-profit collaboration of Big Sky Economic Development Authority, Blackstone LaunchPads at MSU and UM, Frontier Angels, Montana High Tech Business Alliance, Montana State University, Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, MonTEC, Missoula Economic Partnership, Next Frontier Capital, and Prospera Business Network, have announced the final program for their inaugural Statewide Showcase http://www.earlystagemt.org/.

The event will take place on Saturday, September 22 in Bozeman at the Museum of the Rockies. Over 200 members of the Montana tech ecosystem will gather to see presentations from 8 up-and-coming Montana technology companies from across the state and hear tech sector expert speakers from around the western states gather to share their perspectives on topics like:

– What are the disruptive new technology opportunities just around the corner that Montanans could capitalize on?

– Should we build our own incubator/accelerator programs locally, or work more closely with leading programs like TechStars, Gener8tor, Pioneer Square Labs, and others?

– How can we get more of the advanced new technologies coming out of our universities into the hands of local entrepreneurs?
